High School Students Publish Game Website

(PRWEB) April 27, 2005

The Game Scope (http://www.thegamescope.com), created by Pittsford-Mendon High School seniors Mark Ashworth and Tommy Shepard, announces that it has surpassed 1,100 browser-based games listed in its online directory. Launched on September 1, 2004, The Game Scope has quickly become one of the webs top browser-based game directories. One might ask, what exactly is a “browser-based” game? A browser-based game is a game that was created using Flash, Shockwave, Java Script, HTML, PHP, or other web coding scripts.

The Game Scope was built with one goal in mind. That goal was to offer a free directory for users, to find their favorite web browser-based games from across the internet into one easy-to-use search engine. With daily updates, The Game Scope has the newest games, first. If you have any questions or comments regarding TheGameScope.com please feel free to email Mark Ashworth at mark@thegamescope.com.
