The holiday season is upon us and the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum at Texas A&M University is celebrating with festive decorations and events.
The Bush Library and Museums 19-foot tree will be assembled in the rotunda Nov. 26, and decorations will be hung the following day.
The Holidays in the Rotunda event is Dec. 1 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center. The free event includes live singing and dance performances, refreshments and ornament making. For more information go to bushlibrary.tamu.edu/holidays.
We will be collecting donations of canned and non-perishable food items for KBTX Medias Food for Families holiday food drive. Collection boxes will be at the main museum entrance near security. Save $ 1 off regular museum admission price with a food donation (limit one per person, cannot be combined with other offers).
